The new standards bring a common framework to all GL events UK management systems supporting and promoting the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and addressing some of the core values of the businesses success, quality and sustainability.
The certification follows on from the businesses appointment of Steve Collins as Group Quality & Environmental Manager, and a recognition of GL events UK’s commitment to the development of its management systems in support of a process driven, risk-based approach to meeting its stakeholders needs.
