Seating
For this technically complex production of Casino Royale, a purpose-built set was constructed in a secret London location. Working with event production specialists, Entourage Live, GL events UK’s in-house seating team designed and installed a towering 9m-high audience grandstand, complete with accessible viewing infrastructure and technical production platforms.
Luxury Seating Installation
The Secret Cinema performance required an installation of 1,400 cushioned, cinema-style seats as well as VIP platforms. This would allow guests to watch the show from the comfort of a cushioned seat in the audience providing them with a high-end luxury experience.
An innovative cross-accessway was created within the grandstand, enabling optimal viewing for wheelchair users. This level was accessed via a bespoke link-platform, constructed between an existing mezzanine floor and our temporary spectator grandstand.
An Adaptable Approach
Operationally, GL events employed a collaborative and flexible approach to working at height, in tight spaces and to even tighter deadlines; staying in close communication with the client and all other contractors on-site to play its part in delivering an outstanding result. GL events UK, successfully installed an innovative seating solution ensuring that the audience could enjoy the breath-taking performance in comfort making the production a huge success.
