From start to finish, our project management approach prioritizes safety, efficiency, and minimal disruption to client operations through clear and regular communication, giving clients peace of mind that their event infrastructure is running to schedule.

Handover and event standby

Once everything is in place, we conduct a meticulous sign off process to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with their infrastructure. This can include a full walkthrough of the site, as-built inspections, and photography. Our involvement doesn’t end at sign-off though, our teams remain standing-by to work around the clock addressing any issues that may arise during the event.

Dismantle

Our thorough approach to logistical planning means that post-event, we can work quickly to safely and efficiently restore sites to their original appearance.
